Shivalik vihar homes, Kharar, Sector 127, Mohali , a big RISK and PAIN

I am looking for a new home for my family, and have analyzed many areas of Tricity(Chandigarh, Mohali/Kharar, Panchkula). Then I came across a real estate dealer, they call them "Wise Solutions".

They showed me few placed and one was  Shivalik vihar homes, Near shivalik city, kharar, sector 127.
It was August 2013. 
First look was impressive, but when I asked few questions they did not have any answer 

Here are the questions:
1) How old is this project, and how many people are living?
Ans: 2-3 Years, Only one family living.

Security:
2) How is security: They said tight, but I could see any one could intrude into the area. There is no proper wall or any protection around. Worst part, no street lights.

Electricity:
3) I asked about electricity: They said you will get the connection in few days after registry. But when I inquired more they told me, right now only one temporary connection is being used and builder will give you a sub meter from his connection. (Unit per rate? he does not know). I could see a sub meter and a bulb that was blinking because construction works are using heavy cutters on the same connection.

Quality of construction:
4) I looked into a sample Villa (#22), and saw alot of seepage on walls and broken sanitary stuff in the corner (It was surely Chinese).
Plaster was not proper on the villa's outside walls, that is causing seepage.
Wood work looks ok, but there is huge risk of termite in this area.

I also noticed builder is constructing G+2 in this area, and contractor is pumping out rain water  where they are going to construct buildings, but problem is when you fill sand in wet pots, it will become sponge and result unstable building.

Water Supply:
5) Water supply is ok but I doubt about the pressure.

Green Area:
6) Lack of green area, not even a single tree in whole complex, just small plants they could grow in 2-3 years.

 Roads:
7) No roads inside the colony, only temporary roads have been developed. Any middle to heavy vehicle can damage these roads.

All and all think 1000 times before investing your money in this Project.
